Jacob + Christina: Madera Kitchen Hollywood Brunch Wedding
Botanical Gardens, Succulent Wedding Favors, and a Brunch Wedding
Set midday in the trendy restaurant, Madera Kitchen, in Hollywood, Jacob and Christina had a fun, personal wedding that perfectly embodied the bride and groom’s laid back persona. The weekend began in style as the bridal party rented out a beautiful spanish style Airbnb with a large botanical garden boasting huge palms and lush green succulents. Before the big day, the bridesmaids got ready in their matching PJ sets as the bride slipped into a gorgeous, lace backed dress with an elegant train that she somehow managed to snag for just two hundred dollars! With a classic updo and flowers in her hair, she could not have looked more beautiful for the couple’s first look surrounded by dreamy greenery. The vows were said as midday sun streamed between the open beams and light pastel flowers added the perfect touch of sweetness to the eclectic style decor.
The reception was full of bright smiles and dancing as Jacob and Christina’s friends and family showered them with kisses and tears, many of which were caught in the fun photobooth the guests thoroughly enjoyed. Person after person shared their love for the new husband and wife in open call speeches, but it was the brother of the bride, who walked her down the aisle, that brought tears to her eyes with his touching toast. The crowd ate homemade cake and happily danced the afternoon away while Christina and Jacob took in their first few hours of marriage, lit up with a joy that was nearly palpable.
