Wedding Photographer Based In Los Angeles, California

I am Vanessa. I love getting to know people while I am behind the camera and capturing the intimate details that makes that make you YOU, but because some of the best moments come when you can truly be yourself, it is only fair for you to know a little about me!

I currently call Southern California home but I tend to wander often. I’ve been told I live a little like Stephen Zweig, with a bag always packed for the next great adventure (although unpacking is my least favorite activity). For someone who loves new experiences as much as I do I consider myself lucky to have taken on all kinds of adventures in my life: from traveling to more than 40 countries to date to attending a record number of universities! I attended eight (yep, that’s right) universities before graduating from Occidental College with a degree in visual arts and art history. My collegiate path have been a little unconventional but those experiences have helped shape the way I see the world and maybe more importantly (or at least more relevantly) the way I photograph it. 

I am an artist and a nostalgic. It’s that combination that first made me fall in love with photography. I love how others express themselves creatively through their love stories, weddings, or special events, and turning those precious moments into a lasting memory is the one adventure I like to go on time and time again.
