Offering - $30,000

  • Photography Coverage by Vanessa Todd, lead photographer on Wedding Day (up to twelve hours)

  • Photography Coverage by Vanessa Todd and Second Photographer for for Mindi Ceremony (up to five hours)

  • Team of Three (3) Additional Photographers for the Wedding Day at Huntington Gardens, each for up to twelve (12) hours

  • Film Loading Assistant / Drone Operator*

All services include:

  • Online gallery of high resolution, edited images

  • Personal printing rights release

  • Unlimited users and downloads of images from gallery

  • Timeline assistance and vendor recommendations

*drone operator is a role the is subject to venue restrictions and FAA restrictions

*the rate for additional photographers beyond the included number reflects a slightly different rate. Included support photographers are valued at $2000 per photographer per day

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. A combination of both digital and film images are included in all galleries. How much film is used is usually up to my own discretion depending on your wedding details and timeline. If you have a stronger preference for one medium over the other, I would be happy to honor those artistic requests as much as possible.

  • All wedding collections will live within an online gallery for one year. Once this gallery is accessible, all images can be downloaded on both desktops and smart phones. You are welcome to share your gallery with any friends and family you’d like with unlimited email registrations and downloads. All wedding collections come with a personal printing rights release.

  • I can offer drone photography if your wedding timeline and venue/location allows for this service to take place. Some locations are no fly zones. If your event is taking place in one, I will not be able to offer this service. Included in your offer is a drone operator who would be designated for this role and responsibility.

  • You will be provided with a questionnaire where you can include any must have family photo combinations as well as any specific photo requests.

  • Extensive photoshopping is not included. I will retouch marks (like acne, scrapes, or bruises) that would otherwise disappear within two weeks, but body contouring or retouching is not included in the base rate. I would be happy to meet your photoshopping needs should they arise once your gallery has been delivered. Photoshopping rates are $30 per image or $150 for extensive photoshop needs billed per hour.
